If your product is available in multiple languages, your Help Center should be too! Meet Prismy's Intercom integration, designed to make maintaining multilingual help center articles easier and more efficient than ever.
Step 1: Go to the Prismy integration page and connect your Intercom account.
Once connected, you’ll see a new Intercom icon in the left navigation bar, allowing you to browse and translate help center articles directly from Prismy.
