• Intercom integration improvements: Faster performance for loading articles. New filters by category and by language to quickly find what you need.

• Custom instructions: You can now set specific instructions per bundle and even tailor them for Intercom articles. This ensures Prismy's AI or translators always have the right guidance for every context.

• Expanded File Support: Typescript & Beyond: We’re breaking boundaries! Typescript files are now supported, paving the way for handling a variety of translation formats like XML, PHP, XLIFF, and more in the future.
